July 16, 2008: I used 8 minute Abs, buns, arms & legs when I was still in highschool (on VHS at that time, about 9 years ago) and I toned areas I could never tone before. They are quick to do and I absolutley swear by them! Thanks B & N for providing this DVD at a low cost.
