April 09, 2006: I got this as a gift. i loved it immediatly. The movie itself came with mine. I was syced to here that King Kong 2 and 3 would come out some day. maybe they clone Kong. I dont no. g2g watch King Kong. Bi.

February 01, 2006: Being a huge KK fan I had to have these diaries. What an awesome addition to my Kong collection! Besides the DVDs there are limited addition photographs, and the DVDs themselves come in a very unique notebook like case. There is no (fake) stone unturned in these DVDs. They start at day 1 of filming clear up to the final day of (human) shooting. Peter Jackson and his crew share details into how certain scenes were shot, how some special effects were achieved. You really cant appreciate all the work and effort that went into this film without these DVDs. I had no idea exactly how much green screen was used! Peter Jacksons devotion shows, nice to see his hard work did pay off. My favorite part is a small piece of the V-Rexs vs Kong sequence from the actual movie. There were several secrets revealed which were priceless! A must have for any KK fan! I will be one of the 1st KK fans to have KK on my B&N wish list!! I can not wait for it's release!!! :)
