March 16, 2009: This workout will not burn calories, but it will firm your muscles.

It has beautiful relaxing music and it allows you enough time to sink in to the positions. You will feel it in you muscles the next day.

If you want to burn calories with yoga try "Yoga Weight-loss workout for Dummies" and you will work up a sweat
