September 07, 2008: This is a wonderful DVD, however, I would say it's more for the beginner to intermediate yogi (1-3 years of practice) I would highly recommend this dvd if your beginning students want to work on going deeper with their home practice however, as a yoga teacher and practitioner for over 10 years, I wouldn&#8217 t say that this dvd helps me go &#8220 deeper&#8221 into my postures. I would recommend checking out Tamara&#8217 s Yoga Fusion
