February 01, 2008: My daughter loves to do adult yoga videos with me, but she only makes it for about 10 min then gets bored or distracted. She LOVES this video! She was excited for the next letter and proud of the moves and poses that she accomplishes. I especially love the Namaste song -- the video teaches healthy love for oneself and others. I don't think Marsha is corny at all -- she's wonderful!! I enjoy doing this video too!

August 28, 2005: My daughter loves this video and asks for it several times a day. Even my 6 and 8 year old get into it, but not as much. My husband and I think the instructor is kind of silly, but the kids love it.
