March 31, 2001: This is a wonderful tape that I always turn to when I have sore muscles or an injury of some sort. It would be fabulous for anyone with back problems. It's slow and gentle and concentrates on realigning your body, especially the back, and getting a nice, overall stretch throughout the body. Modifications are shown for all poses, and you don't need to have previous yoga experience to do this. It's a good relaxation tape as well.
