    July 09, 2009: Ok, I'm 55 years old, I'm not a skinny-minnie and I'm not in killer shape but I do have a gym membership and I try to exercise every day. There are times when I just can't make it to the gym but I still want to exercise. For those times this DVD is AWESOME!!! I have other work out DVD's but I hate that they take me too far, work me a little too long, to the point where I end up sitting on the couch burned out, watching THEM exercise. Amy's workout KICKS BUTT...by the end I'm sweating and tired, but a GOOD tired. Every time I'm doing a set and just when I think, "Enough already!" she says, "C'mon just 4 more" and I can totally do that. I've bought and given this DVD to 5 friends and each one of them has given me the same feedback.."You're right! I get a GREAT workout but I'm not totally burned out! This DVD is the BEST!" I agree!!! (I also bought and gave out "10 minute workouts" also by Women's Health with Amy Dixon. If you want a fat-burning, good, fun work out, then buy this...you'll be happy you did!
