    Barnes and Nobles and the fraud that they perpetrateby Anonymous

    December 20, 2008: I would love to tell you about this DVD. Instead, I tell you about the lack of availability of this DVD. I ordered this 2 days ago and Barnes and Nobles GUARANTEED I would have it by Christmas; however, I received an e-mail today telling me that it would not ship as intended. When I went to the web site linked in the e-mail and entered my e-mail address and the order number, the web site failed to provide me with results. Luckily; I setup a user ID, so when I entered THAT, I was presented with a SHIP date a day after Christmas. I irks me to no end to find a peddler that does not respect their customer enough to present caveats ahead of time, before you spend almost one hundred dollars on their site.

    I will replicate this review of Barnes and Nobles as far and wide as possible to make sure people avoid trusting a system. GIGO = Garbage in = garbage out. The web site isn't to blame - the people who manage it ARE. Thank you.
