May 03, 2008: here in the newest incarnation batman we have him fighting crime in year 3 and then a new breed of supervillain emerges then ewe have batman fighting his rogues gallery for the very first time i must say this series is bad ass we have great voices great writers and great designs sure it's no Batman The Animated Series but it tries to live up to the legacy of The Batman the special features are interesting especially with the creators talking about how they decided to go with the show i highly recommend this for your collection or your kids trying to get into batman

January 10, 2008: I grew up watching Batman: The Animated Series on Fox and when I heard they were making yet another incarnation I shuddered. I didn't watch this until recently and have to say that I was floored. The animation is great, the voices are spot on "especially Kevin Michael Richardson as The Joker" and the story lines are engaging. Everything has been updated so the Rogue Gallery is a tad different "same villains, just different origins". If you are looking for a fresh take on The Dark Knight "very reminiscent of Batman Begins" then this is the DVD set for you.
