June 09, 2007: If you think that a 46 year old ex-junkie, prostitute convict starting high school all over again isn't funny, then perhaps this isn't for you. All others, welcome to Flat Point High! Jerri Blank, played by the brilliant Amy Sedaris, is one of the funniest characters to ever grace the small screen. Combing the drama of 70's After School Specials and politically incorrect humor, "Stranger With Candy" never disappoints. After three fantastic years on Comedy Central, it was sadly cancelled. Thanks to DVD, you can now own this entire series in one boxset! If you want to laugh really hard, I recommend that you purchase this immediately, and also a box of Depends. Good Times!

June 27, 2006: I loved this show. Truly an underappreciated gem that Comedy Central shouldnt have given up on. Amy Sedaris was absoultely hysterical as Jeri Blank an over 40 year old junkie/whore who goes back to high school. Stephen Colbert was just GOLD as the high school teacher with a secret. The DVD is packed with great delted scenes and tons of commentary.
