Prince: Live at the Aladdin Las Vegas is a concert film featuring the diminutive, but prolific musician performing over a dozen songs. Included on the setlist are "Money Don't Matter 2 Night," "Strange Relationship," "Take Me With U," "The Everlasting Now," and "Sometimes It Snows In April." This film is actually Prince's first official live release since his concert film Sign O The Times. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide All Movie Guide

Prince must have 'crapped out' while in Las Vegas because....by Anonymous

February 19, 2005: This DVD has its ups and downs. As a long time Prince fan from the 'Soft and Wet' days, this performance could have been better. This was basically a highlight film with a couple of guest artists. I have seen Prince at his best and this does live up to his standards. The video and sound quality of this DVD was not up to par either. For you Prince fans out there, try 'Rave Unto The Year 2000'. It is a much better DVD than this performance. Saw Prince three times during the summer of 2004 while on his Musicology Tour. That tour was Prince at his best. Let's hope that puts together several of his performances from that tour and releases it on DVD sometime in 2005! A CD would also be very nice!
