April 05, 2009: *Having no experience with Pilates and little experience with Yoga I was pleased at how simple the instructor taught the exercises. She is very straightforward and practical. And she is right, Pilates is about Quality not Quantity and to get optimal results a healthy diet is necessary. After just 3 workouts with this DVD my whole body is sore because of the effectiveness and all my muscles, including my abs, are firmer. My favorite part of this DVD is that it does not require high maitenance. All you need is a carpeted floor, or mat, and your body!

April 15, 2004: I'm at a loss for words with this one. I'm trying to get into the Air National Guard, but I need to lose 40 pounds. I did everything almost exactly as in the video to no avail. The moves are too hard and I get frustrated and confused so I just end up turning it off. The set is terrible and the instructor isn't anyone I would care to meet on the street. There are also no instructions on how to get in the National guard as I was told by a friend. I'm not going to give up though, I'm going to serve my country with pride and honor, you just see.
