July 04, 2005: I wish there had been a review before I bought this video. I was expecting there to be more to this dvd. The lower body workout isn't that challenging so it's good for beginners. If you want something that does a bit more for the legs and is also more challenging I would suggest Cardio Pilates or Pilates: Conditioning for Weight loss.
