March 09, 2009: I would recommend this Pilates DVD. Its difficulty is moderate to easy compared to a real mat class. The instuctor Ana Caban is really good and knows her stuff. The excersises are ones commonly taught in a mat class, so it's nothing too out of the ordinary. I liked this DVD.

January 05, 2007: Ana Caban is an engaging instructor, but I wish there was more diversity on this dvd and that there was an easy way to skip the intro talk. Otherwise, pretty good.
