    Editorial Reviews

Masked maniacs of Midwestern heavy metal, Mushroomhead are known as much for their eclectic musical style (combining elements of punk, goth, and hip-hop into their bruising melodies) as for their outlandish stage costumes, and this home video release combines the sound and vision of the group into one package. Mushroomhead: Vol. 1 includes previously unreleased videos for the songs "Before I Die," "Kill Tomorrow," "The Dream is Over," and "Becoming Cold (216)" produced by the band themselves, as well as promo clips for "The Sun Doesn't Rise," "Along the Way," "Solitaire/Unraveling," and "Eternal." Also included is footage of the band on-stage, in the studio, and on the road, with guest appearances by members of Sevendust, Dope, Lamb of God, American Head Charge, and many more. September 27, 2005: This is a great DVD for the fans. Includes the videos and footage of themselves on the road. Some funny stuff on there. Remember, these guys were out before slipknot so they aren't some "new masked metal band". A definite recommend for a fan and a great introduction to them if your aren't familiar to them.
