March 07, 2001: These are the silliest, goofiest, most snaggletoothed vampires yet. One look at any one of 'em will bring a smile or a laugh! Casper Van Dien, Natasha Gregson Wagner, Natasha Andrechenko, Natasha Lyonne (3 Natties in one movie? Worth a Trivia Question on Regis or Somewhere), Kim Catrall, Robert Pastorelli, and the guy who plays Mr. Witt on Drew Carey; all of 'em are just hil-frickin'-larious! Van Dien begins the film toolin' down the Santa Monica Freeway smokin' a huge cheroot and listein' to The Reverend Horton Heat music! Pastorelli and the Mr. Witt guy both look like the Tasmanian Devil's brothers! Gregson Wagner talks in a hillbilly accent and wears a whore-dress that's up to THERE! Catrall gets gang-raped by 3 crips recruited by Nazi Vampire Hunter Rod Steiger who also camps it up. Lyonne doesn't have much to do but give juicy kisses to Gregson Wagner and Van Dien with blood dripping down her freckled chin! It's a laugh riot from start to finish! Bonus: The Great Conchata Ferrell as Gregson Wagner's trailer trash mother! Special Bonus: Gregson Wagner pukes all over a fat African-American woman who together with her husband or boyfriend attempted to pick up the undead slut for a threesome!

March 03, 2001: This is a great little dark satire. Very original, well acted, very entertaining. It will offend some and be over the heads of others, but this is destined to be a classic. The sleazeballs who did the marketing try to make the film seem like a straight ahead Blade rip-off. It is not vaguely like that. It is a dark original comedy. Richard Elfman, the director, is brilliant!
