Make your reservation for a "House-kateer Halloween" with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald at the House of Mouse. It's a riotous hot spot where classic Disney characters gather to watch Disney cartoons. In this feature-length spin-off of the top-rated Saturday morning series, a cadre of villains, including Jafar from Aladdin, Ursula from The Little Mermaid, Mileficent, the evil queen from Sleeping Beauty, and Hades from Hercules, plan a trick for Mickey -- a toon takeover! As the clock ticks toward midnight, Mickey introduces eight animated Halloween-themed treats. Highlights include the vintage "Trick or Treat," "Lonesome Ghosts," and "Donald Duck and the Gorilla." The evening's festivities conclude with the showstopping extravaganza, "It's Our House Now," and a showdown to save the House of Mouse. Packed with clever writing and in-jokes for animation buffs, this stellar gathering will be a real scream for Disney fans young and old. Donald Liebenson, Barnes & Noble
