July 25, 2009: I bought this because I was interested in finding out about meditation. All this is is a beginning yoga DVD that quickly bored me. I purchased a real yoga DVD that I like much better.

Great intro to Yogoby Anonymous

January 20, 2007: The tape is very good and slow. Great for someone not familiar with meditation. It lead me to want to know and do more with yogo which I was not familiar. I am now on purchasing my third tape relating to relaxation.
