May 24, 2007: I was pleasantly surprised when I got this video. The salsa segment is simple but its great to get moving when you want to do a lighter workout. The Yoga and stretching exercises are easy to follow and very relaxing. I have found these exercise help ease back pain round ligament pain. Leisa does a great job of offering varying options for the different trimesters. Fun workout but not that difficult if you were already exercising regularly.

September 06, 2006: Thought the video was well-rounded. Includes good introduction regarding safety with ex, etc. Also nice long warm-up, which is necessary during pregnancy. Salsa dancing for warm-up is also fun, a nice change from the usual aerobic moves. Yoga and abdominal strengthening portions show positions for the different trimesters. Can perform all of these at once for an ~1hour workout, or break down into segments. All moves are relatively simple, low-impact, but you still break a sweat. Lisa is cute, fun, and very pregnant in this video!
