    Editorial Reviews

Director Juliusz Machulski's shaggy dog action comedy Kiler observes the unfortunate case of mistaken identity that befalls Jurek Kiler (Cezary Pazura), a taxicab driver whose name, of course, just happens to be one letter shy of ''killer.' That doesn't serve him well: the inevitable misunderstandings ensue and turn the heads of the cops, who mistake Kiler for a professional hit man and pick him up on related charges. In time, however, the mistaken identity goes straight to his head and bloats his ego; he secures a release through the local mafia, then begins to live out the 'contract killer persona' thrust onto him. ~ Nathan Southern, All Movie Guide All Movie Guide
