    August 10, 2004: Kathy Smith once again gives a great introduction to a new form of exercise. I loved the costumes because it really makes one focus. She suggests that you tie a scarf around your waist so that you can focus on the right body parts too. The first workout Slow and Sensual goes over each move step by step. It really helped me to learn some of the moves on other belly dance DVDs that I hadn't learned yet. The second workout is a great aerobic one. It really gets your heart pumping and your whole body moving. The last workout is stretching. You really have to do this after either workout otherwise you hurt your abs and back. The stretching is more bellydance based rather than traditional Kathy Smith. This DVD ends with a tutorial to go over some of the harder moves. I have done it for a week and completely love it. It is so fun.
