October 18, 2009: I thought this workout was very difficult for my skill level. I think for younger people it would be very challenging and a very good workout, but I'm a 55 year old woman and most of the exercises were impossible for me to do and very hard on the joints. One exercise in particular that we used to call "squat thrusts" back in high school in the 70's and Ms. Michaele's called them something like "burpees" I couldn't even figure out how to do a modified version. However, I think those at the appropriate fitness level would get a very good workout.
