I lost 25 lbs.! The first day I did the beginning workout, I thought, "I can never do this," but before I knew it I was doing the advanced level (not easy). It is a 20 min. workout, but it is like a 3 hr. workout at the gym. You will be sore, and you will have a love/hate relationship with Jillian, but as she says she, "gets results." If you never ever exercise, I would suggest you start slow, and even if you regularly exercise, get ready to be challenged. In case you're wondering, Jillian is WAY nicer on this video than on the show-you won't get cussed out! LOL...Seriously, I highly recommend it. You will lose weight and inches!

We tried this exercise video and immediately felt the difference. I was somewhat skeptical that 20 minutes could produce results, but it truly has helped us to become healthier! GREAT VIDEO....Highly recommend it!
