Returning from a food run, kindly kindergarten teacher Kenny (Harland Williams) makes the mistake of feeding a massive amount of junk food to a tired-looking, diabetic NYPD horse, which drops dead. Tossed in jail, Kenny relies on his totally stoned roommates (Dave Chappelle, Guillermo Diaz, Jim Breuer) to devise a way to raise the 100,000-dollar bail. Their solution? January 17, 2009: i never really seen this before but i love Dave Chapple from the Chapple show he's so funny i love him! but my sister says the movie is so funny so i bet it is even if its about guys getting high on weed LoL!!!!

November 10, 2004: This is one of the best movies i've ever seen. It's hilarious to watch when your in a good mood. David Chapelle is one of the funniest men alive. He has comedy that can make you laugh and not have to think about it. The movie is very entertaining and full of non-stop action. This is a type of movie that you can watch over and over again without it getting old.
