Season 4 of this Andy Griffith Show spin-off finds naive Mayberry, North Carolina native Gomer Pyle (Jim Nabors) still serving his country as a private in the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Henderson, California, and still driving his tough, loud-mouthed sergeant, Vince Carter (Frank Sutton), batty. It's a good thing that his pals Duke (Ronnie Schell), Chuck (Roy Stuart, who leaves after this season), and Bunny (Barbara Stuart) are always around to watch out for Gomer, who never was the sharpest picket on Mayberry's fence. In spite of it all, Gomer's kind heart and cockeyed innocence never fail to win over his cantankerous superior and beloved platoon. This set contains 30 episodes that ran from 1967-68 on CBS.
