Three-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Eric Clapton triumphantly returns to concert recording with One More Car, One More Rider, his first live album since 1992's multiple-Grammy-winning Unplugged. This DVD, filmed during a show at Los Angeles' Staples Center in 2001, is the first to feature songs spanning Slowhand's entire storied career. The 19 tracks include such Clapton favorites as "Key to the Highway," "Layla," "Cocaine," and "Wonderful Tonight," as well as a rare recording of the Wizard of Oz classic "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." For true Clapton diehards, there's also a two-disc CD/DVD Special Edition of One More Car, One More Rider available.

    June 04, 2008: All positive Clapton bias aside, this DVD was not only fun to watch, but outstanding to listen to. Great mix of his acoustic/electric, and spans several decades of his material. Nice to see some of his long time friends back him up i.e. Andy Fairweather-Low and who can forget Billy Preston!! A special night in LA "2001" that was shot with a great deal of care. If you're a Clapton fan, you'll love it. I did.
