Denise Austin hosts Fat Blasting Yoga - 21 Days to a Yoga Body, an instructional fitness video that provides a yoga workout in three segments. Workout one consists of 30 minutes of energized yoga poses developed to increase the heart rate and burn calories. Workout two is 15 minutes of intense holding poses, designed to target the arms, shoulders, legs, and buns. Workout three is 15 minutes of strength conditioning, including abdominal exercises.These three workouts can be done individually or all together. A stability ball is recommended. November 29, 2009: This yoga workout really makes you sweat. While it moves a little quickly, as Denise usually does, it challenges all the muscle groups and when you're finished, you feel like you've worked out. This is a nice routine that strengthens, stretches, and makes you breathe all in the comfort of your home. This workout focuses more on fat burning, do not expect any of the relaxing, calming aspects of other yoga workouts. The title doesn't lead one to believe otherwise...

September 19, 2009: I only recently started trying yoga because I was getting bored with my regular gym workouts. I'm so glad I tried it, I never thought I would enjoy it so much. I really like this DVD.
