Editorial Reviews

Host of her own ESPN workout show and the star of countless exercise programs, fitness guru Denise Austin leads a routine that is designed to trim away fat while building and sculpting muscle. Power Zone: The Ultimate Metabolism Boosting Workout is divided into three segments. The first is a calorie-burning cardiovascular regimen. Next up is resistance training, followed by the final segment which is devoted to the abdominals. Matthew Tobey, All Movie Guide

Denise Austin: Power Zone - The Ultimate Metabolism Boosting Workoutby Anonymous

January 24, 2007: I normally can get past her bad cueing to get a great workout, but Power Zone was disappointing. The workout starts great, but you can't figure out what she's doing next until she's half way through it. She's really high energy, which is great, but that doesn't work if you have not idea what she's going to do until she does it. I just felt left out of the workout and I'm watching it and doing it at home. I have had other Denise Austin titles where the cueing was bad, but they were great workouts. The cueing was awful for this and I couldn't get past that.
