    December 07, 2005: I have four children and have used this video to snap back after my last 2 children. I love the flow and find the 20 min. a day very energizing and soothing at the same time. A great well rounded workout.

    June 07, 2005: Denise Austin cruises through this workout with very little instruction on proper positioning and breathing, which are essential to pilates. This is not for a beginner who would not otherwise have received the above mentioned instruction.
