Excellent workout dvd for busy peopleby Anonymous

October 06, 2009: This workout DVD is excellent for anyone who has little time to devote to a full hour long gym session but still wants to maintain a workout regime and stay in shape. You can choose to do as many workouts or as few as you would like and each covers different areas of your body.

May 07, 2009: If you're looking for some short workouts and can live without useful verbal cues to transitions this is ok. I sometimes don't have a lot of time to work out so I like DVDs with shorter workouts that I can put together for the length of time I have. However, I find Denise Austin's breathy voice annoying (its like she's talking to kindergarten students all the time) and she isn't very inspiring. You have to keep your eyes on the screen as she doesn't always mention when she changes moves and her transitions can be rather awkward. There are definitely better workout videos out there!
