October 10, 2009: I really like the many work outs on each of her dvd's that I have. Many levels of work out to grow and change up is very nice. This is a as tough as you want it to be. I like that. Beg. or adv. can work out together. Great work out!

November 14, 2008: I've been using this DVD for 2 weeks now and I am seeing results. There are 7 different workouts to choose from. She does do some of the same moves in several of the workouts but each workout includes a variety of moves so you are doing something different each time. Each segment is only 10 minutes long so it's quick to do. I have no excuse not to do it. Some days I combine a few together to make it more challenging. I'm glad I bought this DVD.
