The Avatars' new utopian world seems to be working, and the citizens of earth seem happy. Unfortunately, those who are not happy are instantly "purged," and the rest are in danger of turning into Stepford-like automatons. Now realizing that the Avatars' vision is not the way things should be, the Charmed Ones and Leo (Brian Krause) attempt to return the world to its previous status quo -- but this requires our heroines to align themselves with the all-powerful demon Zankou (Oded Fehr). April 25, 2007: Charmed was the best show that ever aired on TV. The sisters { during and after Prue } were wonderful. I loved watching them "grow-up" together. I loved Leo -- he is the sexiest man ever!! Prue, Piper, Pheobe, and Paige were played by exceptional actresses. I have all DVD's that are out and I am looking forward to owning the rest. This is a must watch program because it shows that no matter what happens, family does come first and Good does triumph over Evil.
Paige (Rose McGowan) is suffering from an unidentified pain, exacerbated by a tiny voice inside her brain. Sandra (Elizabeth Dennehy), an Elder at the magic school, determines that Paige is suffering from a profound lack of confidence -- and in the process of resolving this problem, Sandra compels Paige to utilize her latent talents as Whitelighter. Elsewhere, baby Wyatt continues to exert more and more control over his inbred magical powers, and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) are kept busy searching for Pandora's Box, which has been stolen by a demonic shapeshifter. Hal Erickson
As a newly enlisted Whitelighter, Paige (Rose McGowan) is assigned to help a troubled young mechanic named Mitchell Haines (Seamus Dever). Trouble is, Mitchell doesn't want to be helped -- and his resistance may cause Paige to lose her powers before she even gets to use them. Meanwhile, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) is trapped in the Underworld after switching bodies with the sorceress Imara (Suzanne Krull), and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) has her hands full with a demonic assault at P3. Working in concert with a death-obsessed alchemist (John Kassir), Zankou (Oded Fehr) begins savagely attacking innocents in order to render the Charmed Ones vulnerable. Zankou's latest victim is Phoebe's fellow grad student Tim (Colin Egglesfield), who drops dead at her feet. Convinced that Tim's demise is entirely her fault (she has in fact been "accused" by the dead man's spirit), Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) asks Daryl (Dorian Gregory) to investigate the phenomenon -- while Zankou mounts his next and even more horrible offense. Meanwhile, Paige (Rose McGowan) senses that her new student Joanna (Laura Regan) has the "wrongest" boyfriend of all time, and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Leo (Brian Krause) forget their past differences to plan a birthday party for baby Chris. Hal Erickson
As punishment for helping the Avatars, Leo (Brian Krause) has his memory wiped clean and sent back into the world to start helping people all over again. Although he doesn't know exactly who he is or what has happened, Leo is still expected to make a crucial choice: either permanently remain a Whitelighter Elder or lose his powers, become a mortal, and live with Piper (Holly Marie Combs). Unfortunately, Leo is unable to assist Piper at a time he is needed most: she has lapsed into a coma after a demon attack. As she hovers between life and death, Piper experiences a spectral vision of a former love (welcome back, Julian McMahon!). Hal Erickson
The Charmed Ones are challenged by the Enochs, a street gang consisting of demons who render themselves invisible before killing innocents. The Enochs use their ability to cover their tracks in a plan to convince the girls that the rival Sokol street gang is the one they should be trying to vanquish. Elsewhere, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) discovers that Leo (Brian Krause) is an Avatar -- while Leo himself receives a startling message from a female Whitelighter Elder. Hal Erickson
This episode marks the first time that twin infants Jason and Kristopher Simmons are given screen credit for sharing the role of baby Wyatt. While attending a non-magical preschool, Wyatt begins talking to himself, much to the dismay of his father, Leo (Brian Krause). Although the teacher is convinced that it is perfectly normal for Wyatt to have an "imaginary friend," the child is actually in danger of being possessed by a deceptively mild-mannered demon named Vicus (Marcus Chait). In their efforts to rescue baby Wyatt, the Charmed Ones inadvertently conjure up the 25-year-old "future" Wyatt (Wesley A. Ramsey). Hal Erickson
The Avatars proceed with their plan to create a utopian society by subjecting the entire world, and its population, to a complete makeover. With the help of Leo (Brian Krause), this transformation is imposed upon the Charmed Ones as well. But can it be that the Avatars' vision of the future is not as rosy as it seems? Meanwhile, Zankou (Oded Fehr) takes control of Brody's (Kerr Smith) body in order to wreak havoc on the girls' sense of security. Hal Erickson
Leo (Brian Krause) is ordered by his fellow Avatars to protect the demon seer Kira (Charisma Carpenter) in order to obtain information necessary to vanquish all other demons. At the same time, the Charmed Ones share Kira's latest vision, leading them to believe that the best of all possible worlds will be one ruled by the Avatars. Meanwhile, Kira's fellow demons release the dreaded, all-powerful Zankou (Oded Fehr, in his first series appearance) to counteract her "treason"; and Paige (Rose McGowan) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) are diametrically opposed in their feelings toward the "helpful" Brody (Kerr Smith). Hal Erickson
In order to find out if a future world ruled by the Avatars will indeed be a utopia as they claim it will, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) trades powers with Phoebe (Alyssa Milano). Unfortunately, the demon Zankou (Oded Fehr) interrupts the transference process -- and as a result, the girls' powers are dispersed to a wide variety of mortal "innocents," who wreak considerable havoc with their ill-gotten magic skills. Elsewhere, Brody's (Kerr Smith) true intentions are revealed in a violent fashion, prompting Paige (Rose McGowan) to glean "firsthand" information regarding Brody's tortured past. Hal Erickson
Valentine's Day is anything but festive for Piper (Holly Marie Combs), who worries that Leo (Brian Krause) will be harshly punished for aiding the Avatars in their misbegotten efforts to utopian-ize the world. Elsewhere, Paige (Rose McGowan) struggles to overcome the loss of Brody by plunging into her latest project: finding new faculty members for the magic school. English teacher Drake Robin (Billy Zane, in his first series appearance) seems eminently qualified for an academic post. However, Drake has left one teeny-tiny item off his resume: he used to be a demon, and he has recently entered into an unholy pact! Hal Erickson
Zankou (Oded Fehr) goes to incredibly complex lengths to lure the Charmed Ones into his demonic lair. Meanwhile, one of Zankou's minions turns the girls' mansion inside out in hopes of locating the spiritual nexus that will release the Shadow, thereby imbuing Zankou with the "Ultimate Power." In order to protect his parents, Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and Leo (Brian Krause), from the impending demon assault, baby Wyatt shrinks them both and locks them in a tiny dollhouse -- with neither parent aware of the other's plight! Hal Erickson
San Francisco is in the thrall of a Blue Moon that rises once every 50 years. This phenomenon results in an act of euphoria on the part of an irresponsible Whitelighter named Danny (T.J. Thyne), who makes contact with the Charmed Ones even though Elder Whitelighter Leo (Brian Krause) has expressly forbidden him to do so. Alas, Danny is subsequently attacked by a demonic beast -- and according to "witch expert" Brody (Kerr Smith), that selfsame beast now intends to destroy Phoebe, Piper, and Paige. Hal Erickson
Out of boredom, one of the magic school students conjures up the spirits of Lady Godiva (Kristen Miller) and her age-old nemesis, Lord Dyson (Maury Sterling). If you know your English history, you'll know that Lady G. rode naked through the streets of Coventry to protest Dyson's despotism. Now on the loose in the present, Dyson intends to kill Godiva before she can make the ride that will destroy his power -- and thus the Charmed Ones must come to the rescue of the Unclad One. And in a related development, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) strips for action as she follows Lady Godiva's example on behalf of contemporary feminism. Hal Erickson
In the opening episode of Charmed's seventh season, benevolent witch Piper (Holly Marie Combs) and her Whitelighter husband, Leo (Brian Krause), are grieving over the loss of their "future son" Chris. To forget their problems, the couple attends a Hindu wedding ceremony -- only to end up as vessels for the powers of two very nasty Hindu gods. It is now up to Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Paige (Rose McGowan) to prevent the possessed Piper and Leo from allowing the gods to consummate their love, thereby unleashing unimaginable horror upon the world. In other developments, Phoebe has second thoughts about taking a leave of absence from her gossip column when she meets her temporary replacement, Leslie St. Claire (Nick Lachey); and Paige struggles to keep the magic school from shutting its doors permanently. Hal Erickson
The Charmed One's grandma Penny (Jennifer Rhodes) is invited to the Wiccaning ceremony for baby Chris. Fed up with the girls' noisy sibling rivalry, "Grams" casts a spell, transforming the trio into teenagers. This situation proves somewhat embarrassing when the younger version of Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) attends an award ceremony. Meanwhile, Leo (Brian Krause) tries to figure out the motivation behind an attack on little Wyatt by consulting a demonic seer (played in the first of several guest appearances by former Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel co-star Charisma Carpenter). Hal Erickson
Paige (Rose McGowan) casts a spell to thwart the efforts by the demon Sirk (Zack Ward) to kill off all his blood relatives. Unfortunately Paige's spell works too well -- and as result, no one on earth is dying, not even those whose time has come. Angered that someone is crimping his style, the Angel of Death (Simon Templeman) "murders" Piper (Holly Marie Combs) to force the other Charmed Ones to undo Paige's damage. The girls agree -- not realizing that the next person scheduled to be collected by the Angel of Death is Phoebe (Alyssa Milano). Hal Erickson
Having scrutinized a recent pattern of dark-magic activity, Agent Brody (Kerr Smith), warns that a man named Quincy (Mark Chadwick), who had been miraculously saved from a fire, is doomed to die before the month is out. Also concerned over Quincy's welfare is a crafty demon named Sarpedon (Neil Hopkins), who intends to capture Quincy's Whitelighter guardian (Tommy Smeltzer). The Charmed Ones must not only protect Quincy and his guardian, but also rescue all the other Whitelighters who are currently under Sarpedon's evil spell. This episode includes a surprise appearance by a former series regular -- not to mention a musical performance by the Donnas. Hal Erickson
In the course of a murder investigation at the magic school, Paige (Rose McGowan) and Agent Brody (Kerr Smith) find themselves plunked into the middle of a detective novel that was started 20 years earlier, but never completed. In order to escape their literary prison, Paige and Brody must figure out how the novel was supposed to end -- and they must also locate the book's long-missing author, Eddie Mullen (Bug Hall). As indicated by its title, this episode uses the Charmed format as a framework for an affectionate homage to the shadow-laden film noir genre of the 1940s. Hal Erickson
Kerr Smith makes his first series appearance as Agent Kyle Brody, a handsome young government functionary who has taken a special interest in the Charmed Ones. A self-proclaimed expert on witchcraft, Brady has the curious feeling that the girls will be able to help him solve his current case, involving the disappearances of several young women. It turns out that, just like our heroines, the missing girls were all peculiarly "gifted" -- and they've been periodically vanishing from the same geographic region for over 100 years! Hal Erickson
Now in complete control of the "Book of Shadows," Zankou (Oded Fehr) prepares to take on the "Ultimate Powers" of the Shadow -- and, in the bargain, to absorb all the powers of the Charmed Ones. Meanwhile, Homeland Security agent Keyes (Glenn Morshower) begins putting two and two together regarding the mysterious deaths and disappearances of many of the girls' previous associates. As this final episode of Charmed's seventh season races to its climax, our heroines are faced with two dilemmas: they must vanquish Zankou without revealing themselves as witches to the suspicious Keyes -- and if they don't relinquish all of their powers immediately, they will die! Hal Erickson
Hoping to purge Daryl's (Dorian Gregory) friend Mike (Charles Robinson) of a ghostly possession, Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) and Drake (Billy Zane) travel back to 1899, arriving at the place where a cabaret is destined to be destroyed by a horrific fire. Alas, the duo is unable to return to their own time -- and worse still, they themselves are in danger of perishing in the conflagration! Back in the present, Paige (Rose McGowan) is obliged to impersonate the absent Phoebe, and Piper (Holly Marie Combs) persuades Leo (Brian Krause) to go on a vacation so as to avoid the wrath of the Whitelighter Elders.
