February 21, 2009: Ive done this workout twice this week and it rocks . I am no stranger to working out and this dvd made me sweat and made me sore . Its not boring either . Carmen and micheal keep you into it the whole time . You'll never say when is this gonna be over because its a really quick and effective workout .

March 28, 2008: I had purchased this dvd based on the reviews it had been given on this site. I tried the 30 minute full body workout last night and it was intense! You will sweat a lot and get a thorough workout at the same time! The fitness instructor was great, but not overly enthusiastic to the point that it annoyed me. This is for people who are serious about getting in shape and may not have a lot of time to do it in. Awesome awesome awesome!!!
