February 10, 2006: This disk does not have much of a fitness element to it as its focus is on learning basic erotic moves and routines. The routines are geared for women with no dance experience and are sexually very tame. I recommend this one for women who want/need some movement activity, but would like to do it in a diffent, sexy way.

January 06, 2006: I love her to begin with and what woman wouldn't want to learn a little strip tease tips to play around with as well as get a little toned up too. It is not hard to follow and if you get the whole series of DVD's your bound to love them as much as I do and always have a variety to choose from.
