September 11, 2008: this dvd doesnt have the workout, however the dvd-fit to trip- totally does, and its an amazing workout with a really fun fitness trainer. This dvd is for after youve done the other workout and want to show off moves. so buy fit to strip and then one of the other ones. thats my recommendation.

November 28, 2007: This dvd was a big disssssapointment! You only get two 3 minute routines! It doesn't even teach you much except to get up and move. Why is it called advanced? This dvd was stupid and cheezy! I want my money back!
