    April 28, 2009: I just purchased this DVD beacuse I did not have a full length stability ball workout and saw Tanja on Exercise TV in Cardio Burn Sculpt and decided I would give this workout a try. WOW !!! Don't think because it is a stabilty ball workout it will be easy...This one is definitely not. There are two workouts, the first one is 30 minutes long and more aerobic the second is 50 minutes long and a pure circuit workout of cardio interspersed with body weight exercises using the stability ball. Although for the upper body work on the ball you can opt to use weights, I did and it made a BIG difference. Anyway on to the workout.. I only tried the 50 minute workout and was VERY PLEASED with not only the variety of exercises but the intensity of the cardio. I was sweating bricks and felt very worked and energized by the end. The cardio is repetitive in each segment, I think there are three, but nonetheless effective. The scenery as in all Gaiam workouts are breathtaking and Tanja was not only very informative about form (very important) but she is also very pleasant and encouraging when you need the encouragement. I felt so energized after this workout and look forward to doing it again and adding it into my rotation...FUN, FUN, FUN !!! Can't beat that, exercise that is fun !!!
