July 25, 2009: Yoga side is not too harsh on the body yet it delivers an excellent workout. The Pilates side is a bit more challenging. A beginner needs time work through the entire workout Still very good and noticeable results in a few weeks. Highly recommend this DVD if you are serious about attaining strong, well-defined abs.

July 25, 2007: I will be the first to admit: I am not in shape! My sister - whose body is very similar to mine in its trouble areas, metabolism, etc. - had used these videos to tone up, and then passed the DVD on to me. I have been working through it. The yoga is a great workout for the abs and after even just a week I can notice my abs starting to tighten up. The pilates is a little tough if you're not used to it - it's kind of fast-paced, especially if you have somewhat limited mobility - but both pilates and yoga routines left me feeling a burn in my belly. :) In all seriousness, this is a good, easy-to-follow workout, and I would recommend it to someone wanting to start toning up. :)
