    January 11, 2010: good video/easy to follow and a great workout. HOWEVER...it would have been helpful if SOMEWHERE in the ad you were told you needed to buy the amplifier bar that goes with the workout. Billy's daughter does the workout without the bar, as do some of the other participants, but this would be a much better workout with the bar. I did it with weights, but I'm trying to find the bar to get the total effect. Not sold at Barnes! And Billy's site seems to have disappeared...hopefully only temporarily...
