Watching Beyonc? Knowles descend upsidedown from above during the opening notes of 'Baby Boy' to a roaring London crowd (albeit to a prerecorded Sean Paul) gives me tingles all over my body. You see, I had been recalling a similar moment from when I saw Beyonc? live on the amazing Verizon Ladies First Tour with Alicia Keys. On this DVD of her first ever international solo tour (with great production I might add), you will get extras, including a long-running sequence of various behind-the-scenes footage you can chose to play back-to-back, not to mention B's curvy eye candy for us guys. The DVD also comes with a CD featuring three remixes and three great new songs, including the beautiful 'Wishing On a Star.' Favorite moments come from energetic 'Work It Out,' sultry 'Speechless (she's singing to me),' and 'Dangerously In Love.' What is great about Beyonc? here is her connection with the audience and her ability to show a man love, which is the most refreshing part of her solo debut coming off of the men-bashing DC era. For all of its worth, every R&B music buff should have this one. Afterwards you won't believe that she's just getting started.
