May 30, 2009: Adam Sandler is a great story teller for all ages. Delightful to watch , this story changes a self absorbed man into one who falls into a loving relationship with his sisters children. He, through opening himself to them, sees his own imagination and life develop into that of a person who can see the wonderment that children have for life. Belief without question that some things just "happen". We loved it. We are ages 5 through 60 years old and we all loved it.

April 27, 2009: "Bedtime Stories" is one of those rare films where the entire family can sit and enjoy simply being entertained. Adam Sandler gives a great, and unexpectly clean performance, as Skeeter, a care-free uncle left with the evening care of his nephew and neice. Not knowing how to entertain two children that have never been introduced to the mind-numbing effects of television, Skeeter turns to the example of his father and tells them intricate bedtime stories. He soon learns that the events happening in real life are repeats of the stories he had woven the evening before. There are many wonderful lines and relatable characters in this engaging family story, especially the character of Bobbi, Skeeter's neice. Her innocent insistance of inserting a romantic twist into each one of Skeeter's stories will touch the hearts of girls, both young and old. The story ends with Skeeter learning that even when he thinks the end is here and the story hasn't come to the conclusion he desired, there is still time for the hero of the story to fly in and save the day and, thanks to Bobbi's insistance, get the girl in the end. This is a must see 'Bedtime Story' for the entire family!
