    August 24, 2000: Barry Manilow is the consummate showman, and this concert performance is spectacular! He performs with a 30-piece orchestra, and this magical musical event is pure delight from start to finish! Barry sings some of his greatest hits such as ''Mandy'' and ''I Write The Songs'' as well a tribute to Frank Sinatra, during which he sings ''That's Life'' as well as selections from the ''Manilow Sings Sinatra'' album/CD including ''My Kind Of Town (Chicago Is)''. In addition, Barry sings two songs from the musical HARMONY, which was written by Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman. The first song from HARMONY is ''Every Single Day'' and the second song, ''Stars In The Night'' is performed with a choir. Both songs are absolutely beautiful, and the response from the audience was fabulous! Barry's performance was absolutely electrifying as well as the excitement of the crowd! ''Manilow Live!'' was taped at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center TPAC) on February 16th, and it is a must have for all Manilow fans! I was fortunate to be in the second row for this magnificent musical event!!!
