September 21, 2009: I enjoy Suzanne Deason's balance ball workouts very much. This beginners workout is great to use between my more aerobic workouts. I definitely have gained strength and balance. I have found these exercises great for my back.

August 04, 2004: I have had my exercise ball for years now and used it mainly for my lower back and ab routines instructed by my chiropractor. I was getting a little bothered because I seemed to kick it out of the way more than I used it. I knew that you could do a lot more with the ball- but the print illustration guides were not effective. The live demonstration from this DVD is much more beneficial to ensuring proper form and breathing. Yeah, it?s slow?but there are other DVD?s that I am going to purchase in the series for a more active exercise. I am sure I will use this beginner?s DVD for many times of tension release and relaxation.
