Three twentysomethings learn the hard way about how to behave in a cemetery in this independent horror story. Harris (Dominic Purcell), Sid (Marcus Thomas), and Kira (Josie Maran) are three longtime friends who are reunited under unfortunate circumstances when their pal Devin dies in an auto accident. After attending Devin's funeral, the three stage an impromptu wake at a nearby roadhouse, and after lots of drinking they return to his grave to pay their final respects. Sid finds a note on Devin's grave which contains what appear to be lyrics to a song; the revelers begin singing the song and dancing around the cemetery, trampling the nearby graves. It isn't long before Devin's friends discover they've made a serious mistake; the poem they sang was actually a magic spell, and by reciting it as they disrespect the dead they've awakened angry spirits, who begin terrorizing them in their homes. Worst of all, paranormal investigator Vincent (Tch�ky Karyo) informs Harris that there's only one sure way to stop the ghosts from bothering them -- death. January 07, 2009: These movies are quite good,you just have to find the one for you.GRAVEDANCERS is a good one, and quite scary,Wicked LIttle Things is by far the best.I got a set for christmas but these 2 are the only keepers.

May 30, 2007: The only reason I gave this set a 2/5 rating is due entirely to two of the films in the collection - "Reincarnation" and "Gravedancers", otherwise this set is a total waste of time and money! I don't know what the other reviewers here found even remotely interesting or scary about these movies because not only are they slow, laughable and boring, but they are an insult to anyone who is a true fan of the genre! After Dark and Lionsgate have pulled a fast one on all us suckers who bought into the hype of this so called "HorrorFest" - a shameful display and rip-off!

Mitchell Altieri and Phil Flores (aka the Butcher Brothers) break big on the horror scene with this low-budget frightener concerning a picture-perfect suburban family who harbors a particularly dark secret. When their parents are killed in a tragic accident, eldest Hamilton sibling David (Samuel Child) relocates the surviving family members to a quiet California suburb and assumes the responsibility of caring for his orphaned siblings Wendell (Joseph McKelheer), Darlene (Mackenzie Firgens), and Francis (Cory Knauf). While twins Wendell and Darlene seem to share a bizarre bond that separates them from the rest of the siblings, Francis acquires a video camera that previously belonged to his deceased parents and sets out preparing a school project about his family. As the all-seeing lens of Francis' roving camera begins to reveal that something malevolent is going on inside the Hamilton's picturesque abode and his reluctant siblings find their decidedly unconventional existence suddenly threatened, the youngest sibling is forced to choose between following his family into a murderous tradition or sparing the lives of future victims by betraying the only people who ever seemed to care for him. Grudge director Takeshi Shimizu returns to tell this tale of a film crew that descends upon a hotel that was once the scene of a vicious killing spree, only to find that the horrors of the past have a malevolent means of manifesting themselves in the present. Years after a professor slaughtered his wife, his young daughter, and nine hotel guests at the Ono Kanko just north of Tokyo, horror filmmaker Ikuo Matsumara (Kippei Shiina) and his crew prepare to make a movie about the murders. As pre-production on the film gets underway, the lead actress experiences a vivid vision of the murders and is shocked to awaken in the very room where the body of the professor's daughter was discovered. In her vision, the actress watched helplessly as the professor sadistically captures the final moments of his victims on film. When the actress finds the very same camera she saw the professor using in her vision and the cast members begin dying in the same manner as their real-life counterparts, it begins to appear as if the mad professor has returned from beyond the grave to ensure that his dark story never makes it to the silver screen.
