September 12, 2009: Rodney Yee has a mellow voice and style that nevertheless articulately guides you through (at first) complicated sequences of moves. I appreciate each sequence for the "flow" as it moves almost seamlessly from one position to another. The five 20-minute programs focus on particular areas of the body providing variety and their 20-minute length provides a finite and do-able workout that keeps you practicing, where longer programs might encourage you to skip a day. Full marks.

July 18, 2009: Perfect for anyone who's too busy to attend yoga classes. The exercises are easy to follow-I really like the way the postures are divided into five separate sessions. I've been using this dvd for three weeks and I'm getting much better with holding the postures. I highly recommend this dvd.
I Also Recommend: Qigong for Stress Relief.
