June 29, 2009: I use the AM stretch routine first thing every morning. It's very thorough, works the whole body, stretches are held for 20-30 seconds each...I feel great after I do it. I'm less likely to devote the time to the PM part of it owing to laziness but it is also a great routine at the end of a work day. I've had some joint problems owing to a few broken bones in the last couple of years and these exercises have really helped to alleviate the pain.

July 13, 2007: I completely concur with the review that's already posted for this video! I've been using the AM stretch workout particularly for 2-3 years now and it includes great stretching, as well as core strength, exercises. Prior to using this video, I would occasionally pull my back and since doing these stretches, I've not had any trouble with my back at all. Again, great workout, beautiful scenery and relaxing music. I'm buying copies for 2 of my closest friends!
